Feedback gevenAvoid! Worst restaurant experience ever. Sat at a table by the door so was freezing even though the restaurant was half empty. Terrible service, took 20 minutes for someone to take our order and half way through our order starting bitching with another member of staff. Starters turned up cold, mains turned up while we were eating starters. No one came back to table after so had 1 drink the whole night and had to search for a staff member to pay the bill. Asked several times for cutlery and ended up using our fingers as food was getting colder. Staff were rude and miserable and clearly didn’t want to be there! Food was ridiculously overpriced. Nearly £170 for 4 people with 1 drink!

Great place to have a great dinner with the family , our server Mo was excellent and looked after us very well , loved the 2 for 1 cocktails , my brother was disappointed that there’s no draft beer but we loved the food and the service thank you Mo.
I wrote a review of this restaurant on their website and received no response. I want to share my feedback publicly so others don't waste their money. I booked a lunch for my son's 9th birthday before going on the O2 climb. We made it clear it was his birthday when we arrived, but none of the staff acknowledged it or made any effort. The service was consistently poor, with uninterested staff. We had to chase several times to place our order, and then had to wait for our server. The wings were cold in the center and had to be sent back. All the food was at best lukewarm. I paid £20 for a half rack of ribs, a small portion of coleslaw, some warm chips, and a soggy corn on the cob. By the time my wings were replaced, my son and wife had finished their meals and my chips were cold. When the bill came, there was no inquiry about the meal, but the waiter mentioned he deducted the wings—meaning he removed the duplicate order from the bill. The lack of gesture for the cold meal was disappointing. I paid and left. Overall, it was awful. Avoid this place at all costs.
There was a large group with 2 kids and 4 adults near the bar whose booking was for 5:00 p.m. They were still waiting for their table, which was partially cleared but still dirty with food on it. They decided to leave, and by this point it was 5:35 p.m. and we still had not been seated or spoken to by a host. When I tried to talk to a staff member at the host station, she signaled for me to wait without making eye contact. I was disappointed and frustrated, so I told my wife that we should leave and find somewhere else to eat. I have never had such a disappointing dining experience. I usually think highly of the TGI brand, considering it a special treat despite being on the pricier side. While we were waiting, we saw several other groups come in, look confused, and leave. We ended up going to Five Guys across the walkway instead.
