Applebee's Grill - Greenwood

Not the greatest culinary experience. French fries were old and had satt were mostly brown. hamburger was the pressed meat overcooked and not delicious at all. the wings were in order, it is in the ground as if they get a bag of frozen boneless wings in the load and simply either hot sauce poured on them or grill that was quite much about the recipe. they also offered everything they could eat wings, but apparently when I paid the bill that my sohn wanted another order and they said no they can no longer have when they paid the bill that it is so conscious that they did not pay their bill at the table, unless they are ready to eat that I thought was not only counterproductive at all for future business but also wait for them to be very busy. the management just seems to run around and looks busy because they didn't help anyone we asked for a refill, and instead of getting the refill, he left himself and found our waitress, who was obviously already busy as she could take her and she got her. all in all, I would not recommend this facility to anyone who wishes a good meal and wants to be treated well by the staff. I'll never eat it again. ps the woofer rings tasted as bad as they saw

Sat in a few minutes and sat. Waitress/Wachsin never came to the table to let us know they're with us soon. 17 minutes passed and nothing. we left. there were only 3 of us and we celebrated a birthday. Last time we were there, it wasn't so great, but just thought she had a bad day. will not go back.

Waited 5-10 minutes for everyone to welcome us and sit down. many employees at the bar, but no one said a word. looked at the table good 5-10 minutes before someone came to drink order. the eating was good. needed refilling, boxing and check- had to stop the manager to get it, server no where you should be seen.

It was a late night, you could say that the bartender was revised, but they still took care of us very well, who was sitting the bartender. I felt really bad for her. but she was very attentive to me and my fiancée.

Server was nice and attentive. I had the combo appetizer and asked to substitute the spinach dip for queso. They obliged but I was not told it would have an added charge of 2.99 to do that. In my opinion, the queso is not good at all, I wouldn’t even call it queso. Lesson learned. But the quality of what I had is definitely not worth the price I had to pay of almost 17.00 just for that.
