Feedback gevenWhen we arrived at the ice cream shop, there were no other customers. The woman working there filled 2 cones for my children first, and then spent 15 minutes filling other orders. By the time she finally got to us, my children had finished their ice cream and we were left waiting. The whole process was completely ridiculous.
I ordered a medium shake while in the drive-thru, but they brought me a small instead. When I pointed out the mistake, they asked if I wanted them to make me a new one. I had to clarify that I just wanted what I had originally ordered and paid for. Eventually, I received the medium shake, but it seemed like they had watered it down with milk instead of using the right amount of ice. This was just one of the issues we encountered with our order. The high school-aged workers seemed to be clueless about their job responsibilities.
I ordered three small shakes tonight with only one car in front of us in the drive-thru, but it took almost 10 minutes for the shakes to reach us. To make matters worse, the shakes were not even blended properly - they were more like flavored milk with ice foam. I hope that no one else has to experience such poor service when ordering shakes.
If your driving through on a road trip and expect a quick drive through for a quick treat.... Hahahahahaha....quick isn't in the vocab. Once the milkshakes finally made their way out (20 minutes later) they were thin and milky..... Wasn't about to wait another 20 minutes for them to remake them.
The last two times I've stopped for a cappuccino blast it wasn't blended well at all the cup was halfway full of ice chips, very disappointing.
