Kfc - Greenwood

Worst food I've ever had. How can someone from the south mess up fried chicken? Asked for a 3 piece chicken tender and recieved a 4 piece chicken instead. Tasted burnt, almost like toast. As if it was heated in a toaster. Fries were soggy. Also they have nothing in Extra Crispy, they apparently don't do that there even though it's on their menu. That's about the third time I've stopped there and not been happy with the food. Don't bother stopping.

The first KFC I’ve ever left a bad review on.. the staff is horrible, the lady with rainbow hair had a bad attitude, stood in the back talking and goofing off and made us wait at the counter for at least 5 minutes before walking up to take our order, they had people who clearly didn’t work there and employees from the business beside them (subway) in the kitchen messing with stuff, talking to the staff and playing around. when it came time to bring our food out she yelled at us instead to come get our food, the worst part is the chicken was RAW!!

Nasty food . They are not selling fresh maked chicken . Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

What awesome customer service from Timyia and Tesha!! These ladies were friendly, professional just overall fantastic. We are looking forward to stopping again when we are driving through. The food was delicious and hot and ready quickly. Thank you ladies for giving us a fantastic experience. Y’all both truly deserve a raise so kfc we were going to give up on you until we found this one. So give these ladies a raise!! Thank you again..we stopped on 7/8/23 about 330-4 o’clock

Very bad attitude I decided not to get anything so as not to bother the lady in charge!
