If you're really hungry and looking for a huge sandwich, whether hot or cold, this place is fantastic!

I witnessed an unpleasant incident at this restaurant yesterday between 4 and 5 PM. An elderly lady in a scooter was trying to make a purchase and ask questions when a woman in her 30s or 40s was incredibly rude and disrespectful to her. While the elderly lady was being assisted, she was aggressively yelled at, even as she was attempting to pour her drink on her way out. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant and will tell my friends and family to avoid it as well, especially since there are other similar options nearby. It's unacceptable to treat our elders this way! Shaking my head.

The staff here is incredibly friendly. They always prepare my sub exactly how I like it.
