Early Bird Denver Tech Center

Absolutely love this location! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful! We had a horrible experience at the Early Bird Restaurant in Westminster off 120th just walking in the door, so we didn't dine there, but was extremely happy to see there was another location in the DTC area so we drove out, and it was well worth the drive! The selection of items available was perfect for my family that has food allergies and sensitivities. The Early Bird menu has Gluten-free dishes, vegetarian dishes, and comfort foods, no matter what your dietary needs are, you're sure to find something on the menu! The Johnny Cake (GF) waffle was quite tasty! The Landmark Early Bird Riser is definitely a must have! You can even ask for egg whites on any dish. Their fresh juices, smoothies and mimosas are amazingly good. The atmosphere was really nice, and they have outdoor dining that is partially shaded, so perfect on a sunny day! I highly recommend this location of the Early Bird Restaurant. We can't wait to go back and try more items!

The food was pretty darn tasty and the cocktail I had hit the spot. They were accommodating for seating 4 without reservations for late brunch. My only gripe may be partially my fault. I chose a fairly basic brunch/breakfast but the portion size and presentation didn't align with the price. I'll probably try something else next visit.

The atmosphere was a little unique which added to the experience. Nice place for a good breakfast. Staff was ultra friendly and laid back. Crispy bacon makes this place standout as many breakfast places don't make their bacon crispy enough in my opinion. Pancakes were great and the French toast as well. Syrup was a little sweet but still really good. I oy snapped one pic of the bar but the patio looks cozy as well.

Wonderful gluten free food and Great service! The chicken and waffles are so delicious!! I would have given 5 stars but my latte wasn't very good even after a second try. I highly recommend this restaurant very good! Oh and try their fried chilies, not hot but so tasty

Business meeting. has moved us twice because of the larger parties. no biggie. service so-so, server spoke very little English so that menu-walking-through and show explanation was necessary. $40 for coffee, oatmeal, two eggs over simple (which were not properly prepared - only liquid) and an early piece of burrito will not be back.
