Ihop - Greenwood Village

I always have a good time at IHOP from time to time. The food is quite tasty, especially considering the prices. I suggest downloading their app as it often offers great discounts. While it might not be the best restaurant around, having satisfying food available 24 hours a day makes it worthwhile. I tried their chicken and waffles, and I really enjoyed them!

What truly earned this restaurant a five-star rating was the management and our server. They were friendly, accommodating, and really made the experience enjoyable. Just to be transparent, there was a mistake with one of our orders — we had requested a special modification to turn a spicy patty melt into a regular one, but they forgot to remove the jalapeños. However, our server and the kitchen staff rectified the situation quickly and were incredibly apologetic about the oversight. Considering we were asking for something not on the menu, I appreciated that they even attempted the modification, and they handled the mistake with great professionalism. Overall, this place is well-run and staffed by wonderful people. The food was excellent, but the outstanding service made the experience even better.

I ordered the chicken and pancakes from the 'hoppy hour' menu, and it was delicious. The portion size was quite generous. The service was prompt and friendly. I definitely recommend stopping by this place.

It was an amazing experience! The sever if I wasn’t wrong her name was Raven was so kind and attentive. The manager was also very friendly and checked up on us. Nowadays it’s hard to go to restaurants and find attentive customer service. We are definitely coming back to this location even if it means we have to drive further. Thank you to both the manager and Raven for making our experience pleasant!

Friendly waitress, very knowledgeable! I had pumpkin pancakes with scrambled eggs, hubby had a meat lovers plate. Very good food, quick service on a Saturday night! Bonus to see the high schoolers in their fancy dress!
