Great food, smokey chicken bowl was terrific, big portion

I’ve ordered food from this spot quite a few times and their quality is going down hill. Their “house seasoned” kettle chips were just bags of kettle brand sea salt chips not what I paid for. Their cheese pizzas had cheese on the middle 5” of the pizza. Super disappointed and probably crossing this spot off the list

Not sure why this place has such great reviews. The guy who took our order was so distracted and staring at other customers so much so he didn’t even realize we were talking to him. The food is mediocre as well.

I have never this meal or from this restaurant prior to today (04/02/2024), but for the price I thought the meals looked delicious and properly proportioned.I ordered the Lemongrass Ahi Tuna chef bowl. The menu photo showed a good 8oz of Tuna or more and a good array of veggies and grans for around $18. What I received might have been 4oz of Tuna. The rest of the plate looked similar except for presentation, but that is to be expected especially for a delivery meal. The menu description did not state the ounce weight of the Tuna in the meal, so I expected to receive what the photo showed me. While the meal is tasty, I am disappointed in the false presentation of the meal photo.
