The Palate Food Wine

Overall we had a good time. We were seated immediately (even though we were five minutes late . After that, there was a bit of a rough start with a wait of 20 minutes at the table (which wobbled if I leaned on it . We finally got water and ordered, after which the night was great. Their system of wine flights (see pictures is interesting, and they offer some great local options. Their specialty cocktails were wonderful (Creme Brule as a drink?! , and the dinner was delicious. I highly recommend the Korean brussel sprouts to accompany your meal. Erin and Louis were very friendly hosts, Trevor was great behind the bar, and Jason took care of us at the table.

We had a lovely time here and ended up spending hours when we initially planned to stop in for a single happy hour drink. The prices for drinks was super reasonable and our server Nick was super attentive and friendly. We got a few cocktails mixed table side, all were delicious and interesting. Their selections of wine was also extensive and I found a new favorite moscato. We had a great time and will be returning, and recommending to our mixologist friends!

I have been here for several wine tasting dinners (great value) as well as the a la carte menu. Great foot and no surprise amazing wine selection and knowledge. Only downside is uncomfortable chairs and slow service. Tonight was literally 3 hours 40 minutes for a five course dinner. Delicious but slow. If you are ok with a l o n g dinner this is the place

After looking through the pics, my partner and I decided to stop by recently and even though their self pour isn’t fully set up, I must say it was a great experience regardless. We only stopped by for drinks but the customer service was fantastic and the selection of wines was great too. We’ve been to a wine bar in south Florida similar to this and can’t wait until they’re fully set up so we can come back.

The food was amazing, they have tons of wonderful wines to choose from. Italia is very knowledgeable about all the different wines and she was able to help me choose something that paired perfectly with my meal. The service is what made this place stand out the most, They go above and beyond for each and everyone of their guests.
