My mother ordered a chicken platter with two large sides of mashed potatoes, two servings of coleslaw, and two orders of shrimp. The gravy tasted burnt, the chicken was dry and overcooked. The portions were small, the order was incorrect, and they forgot to include the coleslaw and shrimp. When she called to speak with a manager, the general manager refused to give her a refund after spending $67. Instead, he advised her to contact DoorDash for a refund. The customer service was poor and the overall service was lacking. I tried to call Popeyes twice, but no one answered the phone. This was a disappointing experience at her favorite chicken place, the Popeyes location on Wade Hampton Blvd in Greer. I will be contacting the company to address this issue.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I waited 38 minutes in the drive-thru for a chicken sandwich, then parked and waited another 15 minutes. After that, a worker came and told me it would be another 10-15 minutes. It took about an hour for just 1 chicken sandwich. I drove away and told them to keep the money because it wasn't even worth the $8. They said they were short-staffed with only three workers, but I have 15+ years of experience in the food service industry and have run a whole service with just two people. This place was a complete disaster.

I ordered a fish sandwich with red beans as a side. The fish was hot, but the crust was too thick, making it hard to taste the fish. I received the wrong order and it took about 20 minutes for the fish to be cooked, even though they said it would only take six minutes. The only good thing was that the food was served hot.

I've tied the most over popeyes chicken sandwich for the first time on the other day. I feel like it's overrated. I personally don't think that this is really enough seasoned or marinated. I personally did not like it and most likely it would not try again. just to bland for me!

Only been here 3 times, wasn't completely satisfied on any trip. First time I tried the Chicken Sandwich that everyone was going crazy over. It was underwhelming. Very greasy and overcooked. Second trip I had a fried chicken dinner. Also bland overcooked. Third time I wanted to try the new shrimp tackle box. It was good,not great. But they make it look so big on TV it's 8 shrimp that are 90% breading and popcorn size shrimp. The employees are not all that friendly either.
