Barra Cafe - GREGORY HILLS

Great restaurant with beautiful murals and delicious dishes. The staff is very polite. Sea food basket was quite delicious.

Amazing food and wonderful service. We called for dinner and had a wonderful meal for the family. The grilled barra and chips were super tasty and my men Thai green curry was simply amazing. Thank you.

Last night, only BYO. All dishes were nicely cooked and presented, you agree that Barra bowl was wonderful, also the zucchini Pea Mint Salat was a great accompaniment. Great local business and very good value.

This place is a hidden gem. Before I review Barra Cafe staff please, please consider relocating to Mission Beach, Far North Queensland. I promise you will prosper there. There’s no Indian restaurant and so much local seafood to work with!!! I was in Kerala...and Goa earlier this year, both seafood Capital’s of India but nothing on that trip came anywhere close to the “barra in a bowl”. It was a sensational curry. Spicy, soft and the cardamon set it off. I can’t think of a better way to present Barra! Well done.

We had dinner here tonight and all the food was delicious...we had tge thai beef curry, garlic prawns and barra in a bowl ans all 3 dishes were perfect. The service was great and the hosts were very welcoming. Eat there for sure!
