Feedback gevenMoldy shower seal, toilet paper holder almost falling off, stained pillows, ceiling slats twisted and full of dust, wall ceiling corner above the bed cracked. All this for a 4 star hotel...oops. Average dinner equivalent to a flunch, school canteen. It goes without saying that I will never go back there.

It went very well. The room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Friendly team. I take away 1 point because I'm in a wheelchair and it only passes in the elevator and 1 other point because I couldn't try the restaurant which closes on Saturday

Arrived around 19:30 in half board mode, I return quietly to my room 408. Alas, the lock doesn't work. With the help of the friendly person in charge of the reception, a screwdriver and 10 minutes of waiting and effort. The door finally opened. I was offered a new room with a privilege upgrade. All of this was just a perfectly handled incident. Thank you! Perhaps next time, given my Diamond Accor card, would it be automatically possible to offer me a Privilege room available?
