Bluebird Dining Hall - Gresham

I have visited this restaurant several times, and each experience has been excellent. The fish and chips are the best I've had in a long time. This time, I tried the special, which was a steelhead trout served on a bed of carrot and potato puree, accompanied by greens and speck. It was fantastic. One suggestion would be to offer a selection of specials for the evening, as having only one option can limit diners’ choices.

We had a fantastic dinner here and decided this is our new go-to restaurant. However, today (July 1st) they announced they'll be closing for the entire month of July to reopen with a new look and a new name. I hope the changes won't be too drastic.

We've been to Bluebird three times. Each time gets better and better. The menu is varied enough to cover most people's needs in an inviting and entertaining way. The food is excellent and service is spot on.

I absolutely adored the ambiance at Bluebird Dining Hall! The design is stylish and trendy, and I really appreciate their commitment to serving only local and organic food. I ordered the eggs Benedict, while my boyfriend had the chicken and waffles—both dishes were excellent. I definitely plan to return!
