This place is my favorite place in Madison for just straight Chinese food

I don't like slamming businesses in my reviews, but this is one of those times that the experience was so bad, I have to shoot a warning. Above and beyond the most vile food I've ever tasted, hands down. Rotten, refrozen, putrid. Pass

I have never experience worse customer service in my entire life. Everybody knows that chow mein is noodles with vegetables and sometimes meat. That is even the definition of chow mein. I ordered vegetable chow mein online and once it got delivered I was immediately disappointed to see the noodles were missing. I called and the lady on the phone was extremely rude telling me that the city of madison does chow mein differently without noodles (which if this is the case it should be noted while ordering) and that is also not true because i have had chow mein here. Once I said this she hung up on me. I called again to which she hung up on me again. They DO NOT deserve anyone’s service. I will never be ordering from this place again
