They move so slow here compared to every other Starbucks in town. Just go to the other coffee shops in this area.
In food service we know to never place the palm of your hand on the top of a cup or glass for obvious reasons. It’s gross and spreads germs. This place does this repeatedly and when I asked if they could please hold it in the middle I was glared at and on my next visit they did it again. I can over pay for my coffee elsewhere.
Waited in the drive threw for half an hour. Had plenty of time to download the app and order during my time in line. Coffee was great, though.
Both the mocha and macchiato (drive thru) lacked any sort of coffee taste, seemed watered down and tasted more like a hot chocolate and a milky caramel drink. Big bummer. They didn’t have any of the spinach feta wrap but our 2nd choice breakfast sandwich was good. Service was ok.
