Feedback gevenWe arrived on 09.08.17 shortly after 18 o'clock and were the first guests to choose where to sit. we stayed in the front, which is called “Bistro”. around the corner, without any further waves, the restaurant begins. you go through, you come into the idyllic garden. now it is so that the menu in the bistro is not quite identical to that in the restaurant. although they are obviously served by the same kitchen of the family farm. We ordered Pulpo-Carpaccio, carpaccio from the Angus-Rind with truffle vinaigrette, cooked from the Duroc-Schwein with pfifferlingen and pfeffer sauce and düsseldorfer senfrost roasted roasted bread with speckböhnchen and roasted potatoes. to a bad greyburgunder. then cream brulee. the carpaccio of the Angus-Rind tasted sensationally good, which was undoubtedly due to the truffle vinaigrette. I was very happy with the pulpo, although I had actually expected something else from the preparation. very tasty and juicy in meat the chop of the Duroc pig, all around successful and apart seasoned the whole dish. the meat had to be reheated a little, for which the chief of chef senior gave the plausible statement that was desired. a total of a culinary enrichment for us and an address where we will like to go again – also with good friends.
After consultation with the chef we were served a surprise menu - top ! as an appetizer there were two kinds of thunfish ( once as carpaccio and once in a sesame crust) with a gentle washabi cream and a teriyakisauce. a man-made first quality with a pottery product in absolute sushi quality.It followed a wonderfully creamy/slotty saffron risotto with sprinklers roasted on the spot - a thronte with speck coated on the risotto - and a tomatized and very fine-sloped lobster sauce. the teller was not only visually a true bang, but also and just tastefully perfect with all its aromene variety.The refreshing strawberry-Romanov - as always not oversighted - rounded off to dessert a perfect eating.The service - always present but never intrusive - did its rest - starting with a recommendation for aperitif about the we can only say thank you.

Essen war super lecker. Hatten als Vorspeise Melone mit gebratenen Garnelen und lecker Soße dazu. Das war ein Highlight, was ich noch nie gegessen habe und einfach hervorragend. Auch die Hauptspeise ein Gedicht. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.
Das Preis/ Leistung zwischen Menü und Wirklichkeit stimmt hier nicht. Dosenspargel Fertighollondaise ist kein Vergnügen für viel Geld. Wer für einen Kindertelker, Kalbsschnitzel mit Pommes und ohne Beilage ca. 22€ nimmt, braucht sich nicht zu wundern, dass man nicht mehr wieder kommt.
