Havgaarden - Gribskov

The restaurant at Havgaarden is a pleasant place close to the cost no seaview, though) sitting in a cozy, round building. Food is fine, without being extraordinaire. Service is personal, fast and kind. Menu card is not big, but with a fine mix. We all had scallops as starter – very nice with tasteful sauce but a bit too much bacon well, in theory, you could leave some of it). Some had the veal tenderloin. Only praise. Most of us had the cod. It was boring, not with much taste and flabby. I suspect it has been frozen. The garniture was the same for both dishes. Not much. Mainly small pieces of potato blended with way too much garlic. Wine list is all-round, including a very local white Ørby Vingaard). Hurrah for that. But I didn’t see any wine below 450 kr. The place is up for sale, so experience could be different in near future.

A beautiful, charming and appealing place and with an excellent kitchen, excuisite wine selection presented by passionate and very professional staff. Also includes a bar and a lounge and with large windows facing the garden from all angels The 18 rooms are truly well equipped and in a very beachhotellike style. The meeting room very well euipped and with comfortable chairs. make a table reservation for both lunch and dinner. A 5 minute walk from the ocean and the beach

Very cozy and sweeter place. personal is very friendly, eating in restaurant super delicious. great experience together!

The room was simple, small, with nothing in it, except a bed and a small closet. the bathroom is also very small. in relation to the restaurant, the portions were tiny, and compared to the price, overall, very overpriced. for ravioli there are literally small ravioli for a main course. not enough. but if they eat little, they die, then eat is delicious.
