Starbucks - Gridley

Oooowee!! If you haven't tried the chocolate cream cold brew yet you are missing out!! It's DELICIOUS!! Just gotta finesse that perfect shake without spilling and you're golden! Get one and let me know what you think!

Ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. Sandwiches came but the cheese wasn't even melted in the grilled cheese sandwich, so I sent it back. Drinks never came, so I went up to check and I had to show them my receipt because they no longer had the order in the prep area. Asked for a little extra cream in my coffee and they put so much in the coffee was cold.

Service very slow (walk in ordering); Strawberry drink was a cup full of ice and one slice of a strawberry; bread was ice cold (almost frozen); a regular coffee took 20 minutes and was so hot could not drink it. All the counter spaces, trash cans so full stuff set to the side and outdoor tables so messy I had to clean them before I could sit down. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks. Not sure if new management or just lack of training?

UPDATE! 11-10-22 Went again and messed up my order completely. Peppermint mocha isn't Peppermint and my Peppermint hot chocolate is a mocha to. Again, I'm not allowed to have coffee due to stomach issues. This is the 3rd day in a row. 11-09-22 They mess my order up almost every time. I can't have coffee due to stomach issues, so I get hot chocolate. Lately, they've been messing it up and making me a mocha. I'm kinda done going to this Starbucks. They need to learn to listen.

The Gridley Starbucks is the best! I always have a good experience there. I love taking my daughters with me to get a treat. The people working there are always friendly. (If you don't like your drink/was made incorrectly, you can ask the baristas to remake it, it's incouraged you do so)
