Atm (casey's General Store) - Griffith

I would like to thank the manager monique. I thought more was taken out of my bank account, then what I bought. I totally forgot that I'm getting money back so the order was right. monique went away from her to fix the problem even though it was my fault!

I ordered two orders of four pieces of fried chicken, cooked well, for my meal since I was returning to work. However, the chicken was only half-cooked and very red on the inside. When I called to complain, they told me to bring it back, and they would cook it for another 8 minutes. But I can't return since I'm at work until midnight. They also refused to refund my money. The customer service was terrible.

I was quickly sold the wrong item and was refused a refund or exchange, even though it was never used and still sealed in the package! I usually visit this place often since it’s the closest gas station to me, but I won’t be returning!

This is a nice spot for a tasty snack. The food is generally good, although I did have a bad experience with a donut that made me seriously ill. On the bright side, the overall food quality is decent, and the staff is very friendly. I recommend steering clear of the donuts occasionally.
