La Table de Laure - Grilly

Ten friends organized a birthday dinner chez laure and it was a great success in the cozy dining room of their rustic farmhouse. we planned the menu with laure easy by e-mail, good in advance of the meal, and everything went smoothly. laure offers...good, solid, home kitchen (a 3-course menu for 40 euro) and her man offers a warm welcome good service. and the celebration in a cozy, funky place was so much sweeter than a restaurant!

We had a very nice family dinner, eating was great! we also had vegetarian option. the steak was very well prepared.

We went yesterday for our Valentine's dinner, for 35eur per person we got a delightful fresh homemade dinner with soup, veal filet in pepper sauce, salad, mashed carrots and baked apples plus chocolate cake. Besides the excellent genuine food, we love the place for the...countryside quiet context and very homely environment, very few seats in cosy dining room, recommended!

We were 6 to eat, the restaurant is not enormous but it is really relaxing and one feels like one of the family, it is the restaurant equivalent of a chambres d'hote. Food and wine were excellent. You will need to book 2 days in...advance. Wonderful experience.

We asked Laure to cater for a wedding party in Nyon for 90 people and she did an excellent job. Very good Moroccan food. We had plenty of positive comments from our guests. HIghly recommended. We also ate at Laure's table in May to try...food out. Best hummus I've ever had!
