I am never one to complain and the subs I usually get from this location are okay. My husband ordered 4 subs online and picked them up. We had asked for extra sauce and the bread toasted. When we received the bread it was hard to chew and the subs were extremely dry. I called the location to explain I wasn’t upset and just wanted to clarify if they had made the sub the way I usually order it, and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. When I told her I wasn’t complaining and just asked. I also told her she didn’t need to have an attitude when I was just asking, she responded“I don’t care”. I work in the food business so I understand having a bad day but that response and attitude is never okay to me.

The new sub menu is horrible. You can delete an item but they charge you to put extra items. Subway is going downhill massively.
