Feedback gevenI visited the restaurant around 11 am on February 16, 2022, and had a frustrating experience. After the woman working there finally acknowledged my presence, I ordered a sandwich and attempted to pay. Unfortunately, I was told that I couldn't complete my transaction because the internet was down, preventing credit card payments. This is the second time I've faced this issue, and it will likely be my last visit. If the restaurant can’t maintain decent internet service, it seems they’re not very interested in selling their overpriced food to customers who are ready to pay.
The restaurant is clean, and the staff is very helpful. Online ordering is efficient once you get the hang of it. It's a great alternative to the McDonald's across the street and not as crowded as the Subway at Walmart.
My son picked us up 2 foot longs. Found hairs in them. Called, no one answered. Left a message for a return call and needless to say, never got one. It is less than 3 miles from my house and will NEVER go back again.
The staff member was managing everything on her own and did a commendable job given the circumstances. However, I was let down by the sweet onion teriyaki chicken. The chicken didn't have the same generous coating of teriyaki sauce as it used to.
