Groenigen is a sleepy city to breakfast and post with many opening times are not yet open and run. few real breakfast options at 9 o'clock on the market day! pfannkuchen were nice, although the only option. I enjoy the pancakes at this restaurant and appreciate the cozy atmosphere and prime location. The server was very friendly and accommodating when answering my questions about vegan options. My only suggestions for improvement would be to offer a sweet vegan treat in addition to warm drinks, and to have a vegan version of the pancakes available for no more than €1.5 euros.
