Feedback gevenIs there any update on when you'll be reopening? I used to order from here about three times a week.
It pains me to say this, especially since we supported this restaurant with bi-weekly curbside pick-up during COVID and really wanted to be understanding during tough times. However, I've noticed a significant decline in quality over the past year. They often get our orders wrong, the food is frequently dry, and the pick-up times are inconsistent. In the last two or three take-out experiences, I've arrived on time only to find that they had either lost my order or hadn't even started making it. I’m willing to give them a chance to regroup and improve, but they need to act quickly!
The sushi here is really good, and it's the best place I've found that doesn't require a 30-minute drive from far East Detroit or Grosse Pointe for convenient takeout. I really wish they would reopen for lunch, as I'm always craving sushi during that time. I considered giving them a lower rating for not opening until 4 PM now, but I suppose that's a consequence of COVID.
This was the best first-time experience I've ever had at a restaurant. From the delicious appetizers to the incredible sushi presentation and the enticing sake, everything was fantastic! The atmosphere was great, my waitress was exceptional, and I definitely plan to return as a regular customer!
