Starbucks Coffee - GROSSE POINTE

The location is wonderful, and the drinks are always made to perfection, even when I make a lot of modifications (my apologies!). The food consistently arrives warm, even when I place a preorder, and the staff is incredibly friendly. However, it often takes a while for my orders to be ready, which isn't a major issue for me, but it seems like they simply don't have enough staff to handle the demand efficiently. There are local kids in Grosse Pointe who could potentially work here, yet the restaurant remains understaffed. So while this is a great spot, the timeliness of service is definitely affected by the lack of staffing—this is really the only downside.

I’ve been waiting here for 35 minutes for two coffees, and they completely forgot my order. So disappointing. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I placed my mobile order 20 minutes in advance and patiently waited for 30 minutes, but my drinks still hadn’t arrived. When I politely inquired about the status of my order, the barista rudely responded that they had no idea and then walked away in a huff. It's clear that they are overwhelmed and disorganized. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Despite living just five minutes away from this Starbucks, I won’t be returning. I ended up leaving my drinks there since I couldn't wait any longer due to other commitments. Service was for takeout.

The website states that they open at 6am. It is now 6:30am and still not open. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
