I ordered the Pasta with Garlic Sauce, which is exactly how it's listed on the menu—nothing more, nothing less. I imagined a plate of spaghetti tossed in olive oil and loaded with garlic, and I even requested broccoli to be added. However, what I received was meat-filled tortellini topped with large chunks of tomato and a pesto-like sauce made from tiny bits of soggy broccoli. To make matters worse, the tortellini was undercooked—it was hard and oddly dry around the edges, as if it had been left out for a long time after cooking. It was inedible. On top of that, I don’t eat meat! The other pasta dishes on the menu are described with either red sauce or Alfredo sauce, so I assumed that since my dish had no mention of any red sauce or additional ingredients, it would simply be pasta with garlic sauce. Honestly, who orders pasta and expects tortellini? No one should have to deal with an undercooked dish that doesn’t match its description. I am very dissatisfied and quite annoyed.
