Feedback gevenThat's not the main issue here. I used the app to order a free sandwich using my reward points, which should have cost me nothing. Instead, my credit card was charged four times, totaling $70.17. I filled out a form and received an email response. I wanted to call and left a message, but then I got another email from someone unrelated to my situation. I called again but didn't receive a response. No one is able to explain why $70.17 was taken from me. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. I don’t want to deal with this again; they are not trustworthy when it comes to handling credit cards.
I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious! The sandwiches exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. The only downside is that there aren’t any locations close to me, and some items are a bit pricey. However, the taste justifies the cost!
I was very disappointed! The sandwiches hardly had any meat in them, which is a big change from how they used to be.
Never have picked up a sub here on time. It's usually 5+ minutes late on a good day. Just stop online orders if you're going to wait until I come in to start my sandwich.Edit: to the owner, I'm not reaching out to you via email. My complaint is right here.
Great place to grab a sub sandwich. My favorite sub place was Subway now its Jersey Mikes like their subs because of fresh meat n veggies that go on their sandwiches. If we're hungry for someSubs its going to be Jersey Mike's.
