Subway - Grottoes

I purchased a gift card around Christmas time, which was supposed to come with a free 6-inch sub. However, the receipt didn’t print the offer. The manager and staff initially honored it at the time, but when I tried to redeem it later, they refused to honor the offer.

The lunch options were reasonably priced within the $10–$20 range, making it a good choice for a quick meal. Although there was no outdoor seating available, the takeout service was convenient. However, it’s worth noting that curbside pickup is not offered.

I just left the Subway in Grottoes and was quite disappointed. While the girl was preparing my order, she suddenly stopped to cheese some bread that needed to go in the oven. It seemed that was more important than my four sub order. To make matters worse, the manager was no help either. Instead of ensuring my subs were made, she backed up the employee, saying the bread had to be done or it would time out. So, I decided to walk out. Out of the two employees, none could make my subs. #jerseymikesisbest. Meal type: Lunch.

Depending on the Subway location you choose, you can expect a fairly consistent experience. The food is always fresh, but over the past few years, they've become a bit stingy with the fillings.

I work 3rd shift and over slept, not only was my food ready but they threw in some cookies for my horrible work night. Can not thank them enough
