Feedback gevenI am ordering 3 orders of double meat burgers and a couple of fries. I grab a cup of cold drinks and go to the fountain to fill it up and finish it turnarounds. My food is ready, that is the fast food should be.
Staff is very nice here and very quick. Got my order in less than a minute, fastest service I’ve had.

I wanted to share an awkward encounter during my recent visit. Arriving at 7 PM to pick up my mobile order, I found the front doors locked. No problem—I headed to the drive-thru instead.At the first window, I explained the situation, and the response was a casual “oh okay.” However, things took an unexpected turn at the second window. The staff refused to hand over my pre-paid order, demanding I come inside. After explaining that I tried to come inside, they told me I had to come in the side door. To my surprise, the manager claimed that the front door “belonged to Tim Hortons” and wasn’t Wendy’s door. How is anyone supposed to know that?As a district manager in the fast-food industry, I find this confrontation extremely troubling. From other recent reviews it appears the management enjoys picking petty fights over small issues. Extremely uncomfortable for the customers
