Frisch's Big Boy - Groveport

This place is great! The servers are wonderful and the food is still as good as I remember growing up. Fresh's Tartar Sauce is the best in the country!

The lady at the drive thru has no personality but she did her job. It would be nice if she was friendlier. This is my first time at a Frisch's Big Boy. I ordered the grilled cheese for one of my pups, Lola. The other one, Tilly, is extremely finicky and wouldn't want it. Well, Lola wanted the grilled cheese without the bread. She only wanted the cheese. Lol I tried the grilled cheese, and it was a bit too salty for me. The fish in the fish sandwich was thick and flakey. Very good for fast food. The fried mushrooms were good, too. I think the food would taste better when eaten after it was cooked, and not get transported about 10 miles, checked in, unpacked then eaten. I would probably eat at a Frisch's again on this trip when I want something quick. I will probably just get the grilled cheese, and give my dog some of the cheese, and the sandwich should be less salty.

Shana was one of the best servers we had in a long time. She was very helpful. Very friendly and fast to take care of all our needs. It should be noticed that your company is a better place for its customers.

Haven't tried the Sunday Brunch Bar in a while. Thought we would give it another chance. (Terrible Idea). 1/3 of the items were either slim Pickens or non-existent. My wife wanted the Gravy and biscuits. The Gravy was so thin that you could have drank it with a straw. Our server even asked the lady working the bar, if they could make a new batch. It never came. So sad! We use to love meeting friends there before covid. Never again!

We had the best time with Kilo as host. He was very attentive and timely with food and beverage fillings. Very professional. Thanks for the great experience. Will definitely come back and hopefully Kilo is there to make it as good as today.
