Chick-fil-a - Grovetown

The regular drive thru is always terribly overloaded because instead of two drive thrus they split it with a mobile drive thru which is confusing, always empty, and they will rudely refuse to take your order in if you accidentally end up there because the line is confusing.. It may be convenient to the business but the complete opposite for the customers. Why change from mobile orders parking and taking it out to them as it is no different than what they are doing now other than taking a line away from drive thru customers and making the wait time worse? I avoid this location. Ridiculous.Dietary restrictions: If you have to go for fast food, Chick fil a will be the least likely to make you sick. They don’t use soybean oil to fry and don’t cross contaminate with lactose.

Service is always great. Not a huge fan of the new drive thru (super narrow lanes and the non-app orders usually congest the lane. But it's to be expected. Around 7/730pm last night I'm sure any/everyone who ordered a Sprite got a late April fool joke because ? lets just say our little flag football player wasn't laughing

Placed an online order delivered by DD however no sandwiches in the bag, bag was sealed and stated order checked for accuracy- called CFA and they told me to contact DD. Bad customer service because DD had nothing to do with the mistake since the bag was sealed and unopened. CFA got the payment but they want DD to give me the refund-sounds unethical to me!

Some of the chick-fil-as have moth wash in there restrooms ? now that is something you don't see in other restaurants now all they gotta do is work on supporting tooth brushes and if they do that then I believe that they will get more customers then they already get as of right now. In fact they might get more stars ? rating then they already have to on top of that. Other then that I don't see anything wrong with this restaurant at all.
