The ice cream cones were stale and the ice cream and blizzards were already melting when they were handed to me. The kitchen seemed disorganized with only high school age workers goofing off. It looked dirty and not well-maintained. I would suggest going to Culver's instead. Dairy Queen's customer relations seemed insincere with their generic response to feedback, offering empty promises of improvement without any actual changes being made.
So, I ordered a cake two days in advanced using the online system. Set a time for pick up. I am 20 minutes late to that pick up time and my cake still isn't ready? Hasn't even been started. Someone had to come out and ask me how to spell the name... Andthen it was hastily done. I get that it's a 30 dollar ice cream cake .. But this red sloppy writing is what I get? I could havedone this. It just felt like no one cared. Why did I even order online at all?
Worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to! I ordered a blizzard from this location twice! Both times it was melted and loose. The worker told me it was because it had warm brownie and it didn?t. I asked him to remake it and it looked like the very sameblizzard. Will not go here again unless they change management! Don?t waste your time. you?d be better off at Mcdonald?s orSonic.
I thought a Blizzard from this restaurant could be held upside down without falling out of the cup, but mine was so thin it was like soup. My family members have mentioned experiencing similar issues with their ice cream treats here. I noticed the problem only after leaving the drive-thru. Perhaps the quality control or employee training at this location could use some improvement.
We ordered four baskets of chicken strips, and the staff brought parts of our order to the table as it was ready. However, our last basket never arrived. When we inquired about it, we were questioned and asked to show our receipt. The staff even checked our table to make sure we didn't have the missing basket hidden somewhere. It was a disappointing experience as we dined in, and it seemed like the owner suspected us of stealing. I felt sorry for the staff who seemed deflated when they were asked to inspect our table. It's a shame that the management seems more focused on saving money than treating their staff with kindness. Thank you to the staff for being kind to us, even though your boss was not acting appropriately.
