Feedback gevenWent to your Grovetown location around 7:30 Sunday night, purchased two steak Burritos. The rice was hard as brick and the steak was ice cold. Called the store to talk to someone to put in a complaint, the worker took my number but never called back.Customer Service is terrible, stood there for 5 minutes until they was through with their conversation to take my order.
Holy cow. Taco Bell is just a wannabe compared to Diablos. 1 burrito and I thought I was going to pass out I was so full. It tasted awesome and you pick what you want on it. Me and my son ate for $22.00
This restaurant is amazing. The burrito is delicious and comforting. The customer service is excellent and the store is very clean. I will definitely be returning.
I just left Diablos and I am very disappointed with the service. I informed the employee that my burrito was finished and requested that on the next one I would like lettuce, but she mistakenly put the lettuce on the first burrito. I politely pointed out the error and she tried to remove as much lettuce as she could, but then proceeded to ask if the burrito was done. I chose to remain quiet while she finished making the burrito. Additionally, I paid for cheese dip but did not receive any. Upon arriving home, I noticed that there was food spilled on the outside of my burrito wrapper from the counter. The photo included shows the amount of lettuce I had to pick out of my burrito. I am sharing this review in hopes that the managers will address these issues. Diablos seems to be declining in quality, as it is not clean, the service is poor, and the food no longer meets expectations.
I arrived at the restaurant at opening time for lunch and was greeted by a friendly bearded man who made me a delicious burrito bowl. The portions were generous and the ingredients were fresh. The flavors were excellent, and the chipotle ranch added a nice touch. Overall, a great dining experience.
