The staff always prepares my drink just right! I really appreciate the older Black woman who works there; she's fantastic!

This Starbucks is truly a game changer! Every time I visit, I can always count on being greeted by Monica and Jasmine, who greet each customer with bright smiles and a refreshing atmosphere. The food is consistently cooked to perfection, and the drinks are always made just right. They never miss a beat! As a business owner, excellent customer service is very important to me, and I appreciate how the staff makes everyone feel like part of the family from the very first visit. If I could give these ladies 10 stars, I absolutely would!

These baristas are truly the best in the industry! Their drinks are consistently perfect, and they genuinely care about their customers. I would rate them a solid 10 out of 10!

The drive-thru had eight cars lined up and wasn’t moving at all. I decided to go inside to place my order, but was unable to do so because the employee finishing her shift rang up her order and then had to go to the back to get her wallet. This created a delay for everyone inside. Ultimately, I left without ordering; I've never encountered service this bad before, and it seems to have been getting worse recently. I was quite disappointed.

This is definitely the best Starbucks around! However, I have to mention that my favorite barista, Dylan, has left, and now they keep running out of cold brew. I really love my cold brew, so I hope they can keep it in stock!
