Dunkin' Donuts In K

I ordered two donuts and one iced tea with less ice and two liquid sugars. However, I received three donuts and the tea with three white sugars. When I mentioned that I wanted liquid sugar, the staff said I should have specified that beforehand. After pouring out the original tea and making a new one, I checked the receipt and saw that three donuts and three sugars were listed. This experience made me question if the staff truly comprehend the difference between two and three.

This restaurant is terrible! I had to wait 25 minutes in line just to get a coffee. The woman working there needs to find a new job. Avoid going there on Thursday, July 27th around 2 pm. I will never return unless she is fired.

Wen into get four coffees and a few breakfast sandwiches for my family and the old woman was cutting me off the entire time and then I got up to the window and she was calling me “so rude” and being extremely nasty for me simply ordering. don’t go here go to the one on the left they SUCKKK. 0 stars if I could

Says 24 hours on the store and on the highway. Pulled off to get coffee and it was closed. About to stop trying Dunkin’ Donuts all together. They are a joke of a en establishment. This happens weekly they are closed when they say they are supposed to be 24hrs.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is unbelievably rude and super incompetent. This place was decent at one point, now its subpar at best. If you want incomplete orders and to be talked to like you’re garbage then this is the place for you!
