The restaurant is absolutely filthy. It looks like someone wiped down every surface with a dirty rag. All touch screens were grimy and covered with fingerprints. The person who took my order was tying a trash bag when I walked up and then bagged my order without putting on gloves or washing hands. I should have just left, but didn't want to be rude. I ended up throwing my order in the trash because I was worried the kitchen was unsanitary.
Very unpleasant staff working, all were very rude to each other and one even was discussing an issue with the boss that should have been discussed privately in the office. Not very friendly to the customers either which resulted in my partner and I deciding to leave and not buy anything. The whole atmosphere was stressful, overwhelming and bad. Do not go here!
Had the worst experience Ive ever had a Dunkin’ Donuts here. I ordered food that came out burnt. As I ate the burnt food I realized I didn’t like it… so I brought it back and asked them kindly to please remake it or refund me. Note: I’m not just someone who returns food, it was actually burnt more even than just what’s actually shown in the video but I did eat it anyways until I started tasting the charcoal burnt flavors. The managers response to me was that because I had already eaten half the sandwich, even though I ate burnt food, was that they would not remake it or refund me. They got extremely angry with me, for saying something, all the while I stayed calm. I politely asked for a receipt because I hadn’t gotten one when I first ordered no one gave me a receipt they started threatening to call the cops on me if I didn’t leave immediately that minute! I politely told them I would gladly leave I politely said I just wanted a receipt. They denied giving me the receipt, and started to call the cops on me within 2 minutes even as I was completely calm. The manager even went so far as to hang out the side window and yell out my license plate number and state on the phone to the cops! I literally did nothing wrong only asked for something to be remade because it was black, and feel extremely harassed by this overwhelming over reaction. I’m at a loss for words here. I leave many reviews for restaurants and have left many 5 star reviews. This is easy the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too. The atmosphere when inside felt very uncomfortable even before the managers outburst and extreme overreaction over something simple. The quality of the food is also sub par. I’m very concerned for the well being of this establishment and quality of food and service found there. I won’t be back, but I will be disputing that charge and I will be reaching out to corporate about the situation and high level of harassment you displayed towards a long time loyal customer.
