Mcdonald's In Arl - gton

This McDonald's is easily my favorite one in Arlington. I have never had an kind of issue her whatsoever. The food is always hot and fresh. The customer service is very good. All the employees seem happy and willing to help. Overall this McDonald's is one of the best I have been to. 5/5

Me and my father, sister, and brother all stopped by this McDonald's while on our way home. Our first meal consisted of a McDouble, a small fries, a 4 piece nuggets, and a small soda for everyone there. The burgers were fine, but the nuggets were so stale if you hit them against the tables it left a dent. Not to mention the fact they smelled and tasted funny, probably made about 3 days ago and nuked for 30 seconds before being served to us. The fries in our meals were equally as bad, as mine were so salty I think my kidneys might have failed, however, my father had no salt on his. The fries also tasted old, as if they were made last week. There was no ketchup in the dispenser, and the employee who handed it to me was acting as if giving ketchup was a hard chore. This isn't the only time the employees were slacking though, as I spilt soda on the floor, and when an employee was walking towards it, he just stepped around and didn't bother calling anyone over to clean it up. The bathrooms were disgusting as well, as there were brown stains in the sinks. A horrible experience, and brought everyone here misery

I'm sorry the ice cream machine isn't working. Ok, why and when is Ronald and the crew going to solve this McDonald's worldwide disaster? This gets old for all of us, including your managers. FIX the issues!!!

The service is extremely poor they cant get the orders right to save their lives. Everytime i come i order the same thing and it always wrong it mind boggling. They dont deserve the one star it beyond annoying.
