Mcdonald's In Cov - gton

I hate to even leave a review but after numerous times I’ve had enough. First of all the kids taking the orders are ghetto and rude trying to rush you before you can even place the order. Then they think it’s funny you can hear them haha keke when you say you’re not done placing your order. The Managment is a joke. I’ve been eating McDonald’s since I could remember leaving fries in the car seat. I don’t recommend this location. The absolute worst one I’ve ever been to. Don’t believe me go see for your self. Buns are stale cheese not melted fries cold no napkins the list goes on and on.

First the employee that took my order in the drive thru was rude and we/customers catch the negative energy before even receiving our food,I gave her back same Energy in return when i got my food fries cold hard and stale and burgers wasn't even made Right, I came in show them Manager said their not cooking it over because it was my attitude!!My thing The manager train of thought is why her employees are rude I know she heard her employees talking to us customers over the intercom she have Checked her employees Not me!Plus the dining was FILFTHY A Manager thats worried about the wrong things get her out of there!!

The women on the drive thru speakers are very rude and tried to argue with me today about my Order. I blame management for hiring people that don’t have customer service skills.

At night time they purposely hold the line at the microphone menu in the Drive-Thru both lanes will have one car in front of them in the Drive-Thru at the microphone and it will take at least 45 minutes to an hour to get four cars at the pay window the worst thing is the line is completely empty in front of the microphone menu in drive through I used to work at McDonald's and I know why they do it it's so they can get the tickets off the computer fast so they look like they're doing a excellent job on record I've never seen fast food employees be so lazy and not want to work but come up with a scheme on how to be even more lazier if I was the GM I would literally shut the store down before I let it be ran like that these are the type of people that will work at McDonald's forever
