Dine-in only. Good parking. Have had some issues lately with product quality. But good is we live so close that delivery is super fast!

I went to the Pickerington Romeo’s and dropped my credit card in the parking lot. Thankfully an honest person turned it in to honest workers at Romeo’s. During a hectic night of orders, they tracked me down to let me know they had my card. Greatly appreciated! The pizza is amazing also!

Sadly, the quality of this location has declined since they moved from next door. I’m not talking about the food, that has always been consistently decent for us. I’m talking about the service. You might as well double your quoted pickup time (pickup NOT delivery! even when they’re not busy. On top of that, they won’t apologize for the delay or offer anything for the inconvenience. I think what bothered me the most last time was that an elderly man came in and they had trouble finding his order by phone , and they really didn’t offer to help him at all. Just left him wondering what happened to his food. This is not how I would run a business. Apparently it’s run by a bunch of less-than-professional kids.

The pizza used to be my favorite but the quality has been declining. You never know what you'll get. DO NOT order delivery. Lately my pizza arrives as though it has been tossed around the car when it arrives. Tonight I decided to try again and ordered delivery with an estimated time of 45 minutes at 8 pm. When it still hadn't arrived by 9pm, I decided to call. I was told they were short on drivers and it might be another 15 minutes. I just canceled my order at 9:45 (1 hr and 45 minutes after ordering. I received a forced apology and was told the refund would show up in 3-4 business days. I'm sad to say that I will not be ordering from Romeos any more.
