Mcdonald's In Lex - gton-Fayette

This McDonald's is the best in the area. Great playground and quick service. *Edit: Unfortunately, they remodeled and took out the playground. That was the main driver for my family visiting this location. *2nd Edit: They put the playground back in!

App was easy to use ordering food. App easy to use for notifying restaurant I was there in a curbside spot. That's where service fell apart. The app gave a time of 2 to 5 minutes for food to arrive. Oops!! 8 to 10 minutes later food arrived. Their famous hot fries were only warm. Not just this location. Another restaurant, in another town had the same problem. Either both stores are lacking in employee ambition or the app needs fixing. Could be some of each......

I have mobile ordered both breakfast and lunch here a handful of times each since they reopened after the remodel and every single time I receive my food something is missing from my order. Highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend mobile ordering here if you’re not the person personally picking up the order to check accuracy at the store.

That’s not one hair, not two, not three, but at least 4. This should never happen if your people are wearing proper head coverings. It’s absolutely disgusting and I will not be back.

I stopped by after work to get dinner before heading home. Nobody was attentive to the dining room and their drive through was empty. They just… didn’t care. And it is progressively becoming a homeless shelter with how messy it is, along with someone sleeping near the PLAYPLACE. Just imagine if it was earlier in the day with children around! First and last time visiting, won’t be back!
