Baires Providencia - Guadalajara

I was a bit disappointed arriving when I saw the place was almost completely empty.On the positive side, we had amazing service and on top of that, every dish made the visit worthwhile.This restaurant has a fairly large wine selection, mostly from Argentina, the sommelier was very helpful making the selection.On to the food! We ordered sweetbreads (because you had to!) they are delicious!Also got a Tostada Tequilera which has tuna and pork skins, it's awesome by the way.The dish that stole everything was the Ensalada Chingona, it has heart of palm, artichoke, olives, all good stuff. I would buy a plane ticket right now just to get that salad again. Definitely recommend!Then the meats, we we're having a bit of a hard time making a selection, we ended up going with the half Entraña (skirt steak) and the Tira de Asado (beef short ribs). Both cuts were very flavorful, and the chimichurri accompanying makes it so much better.Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. Go there when you are hungry!

Luxurious place with high prices. Nice Argentinian decoration, good ambience and service. Be ready to spend at least 350 pesos.

Very nice setting, good drinks and food, but beware of high prices. They make this excelent salmon and great desserts.

I had dinner today at this place along with a numerous group of people for a business event the food it is wonderful for sure kind of a ressemblance of the "I" latina the fusion cuisine is great here the funghi vacio is superbhowever waiter service shadows or darkens such an excellence on the kitchenneeds to improve quality on service to be a 5 star..
