Cafe Providencia - Guadalajara

We went yo provide caffencia because they accept pets and it was a verte beautiful experience, except for the service. the food was exceptionally delicious, but we stayed with the dirty food on the table for at least 20 minutes until they realized that we. finished as I said, eating was great! I hope they train their personal better so that the restaurant remains open.

First the service is very slow. only 5 tables had already had more of which 4 were already served and it took 10 minutes to bring us menus. we were surrounded with open, still dirty tables, that none of the 5 waiting employees harassed to clean....The gourmet burget is a sweat. two ugly factory made frozen patties with about a teaspoon of promised caramelized on the lower bungalow, and on the top, about the same amount of speck, cut into small pieces.

What a terrible experience with my friends in this restaurant. we wanted a nice breakfast and it was ruined by the terrible service. they need to train the staff seriously. I wish I could take back the time and avoid this disappointment

La primera impresión es buena el ambiente del lugar muy agradable, pero es una pena el servicio la mesera que me atendió tenia una pésima actitud pedí 3 veces un vaso de agua el cual jamas llego tuve que levantarme e ir por el :(

El lugar es muy agradable y acogedor. Ideal para ir a desayunar, todo es muy rico los chilaquiles y el waffle de chocolate son lo mejor.
