Very tasty gluten-free pasta (only with pencil)

This restaurant was very good. the service was excellent, especially considering that they were packed. we had chicken parm, captivating alfredo, pizza, bruschetta and lemon chicken. the beer was nice and cold. the pizza was for my nephew and it was great for him, but. had been a bit clear for me. the lemon chicken was the highlight. it was an excellent place for a late lunch and would have been lovely for a casual dinner.

First time in Guadalajara. Arrived at hotel (Riu Plaza) mid-afternoon. Was tired and didn’t want the fuss of the hotel restaurant nor did I want to cruise all over town trying to find a spot. Found LaTrattoria on Trip Advisor as being 10 minutes away....This place was great. Waiter (Alejandro) extremely helpful and tolerated my poor Spanish. Food was good Italian fare. I am from Chicago where there are some crazy good Italian restaurants. La Trattoria, however, did not disappoint. 2 appetizers, 2 mains, salad bar and bottle of wine... $65US. Great price. Great service.

We go here for special occasions. We went early on Saturday afternoon before the rush. We got right in. We had very good service and what we ordered was excellent. We will continue to come here. A very good place for Italian food.
