Quinta Real - Guadalajara

Went a few weeks ago to celebrate our wedding anniversary , called in advance , told them what I expected and yet it was nothing special , food ok, ambiance so , so , etc etc , unfortunately , since thr camino real hotel chain bought this hotel , they took all the glamour , the beauty and the fun that this hotels bar and restaurant had when it was really the QUINTA REAL , what a shame ; I DO NOT UNDERSATND why people l in this industry insists on taking the magic, elegance and all the best away and ends up with NOTHING SPECIAL ,

This place is a regular hotel for us when in Guadalajara, business or family trip, so it is nice, not as nice as other Quinta Real in Mexico but good enough for myself, service is good but not excellent as used to be, check in and check out must be improved, rooms are spacious amenities are good also. Food is not that good as used to be, I can not explain why but taste and quality is not that good (It depends on the quality of resturants you regularly attend, you may say is outstanding, but the experience and price is not aligned to price if you attend good places), anyway I like the place, by the way the do have taxis and I request most of the time Uber, and the Hotel local taxis comes angry and they do not care about the guest,so maybe the Hotel should take care of this, since your associate car drivers are not that good , watch out

Nice place with open areas, food is good, rooms are nice but they are not noise isolated between other rooms. No noise from street. Have their own parking lot w/o extra cost

Quinta Real is a beautiful hotel. The property is amazing, rooms really comfortable, and it is an easy taxi ride to the city area. There is not much to do in the direct area, but it is easy and cheap to catch a taxi to areas of interest. Of particular note was the concierge Jaime. He was amazing and really made our trip. With a 24 year old son he was really open minded to things that we wanted to do, and he gave great advice about touristy things to do during the day, and night time activities for my son. He was professional, kind, respectful and friendly, so please pass our thanks on to him.

I just happened at this hotel I was so impressed with the service the restaurant was wonderful being a vegan basically I always have the same thing which is an egg white omelette with fresh vegetables they had potato fritter it was cold but I didn't send it back but as I said down they presented a beautiful tray of fresh fruit and I don't drink much coffee but when I do I have hot water and it was just a lovely atmosphere and beyond they did want to sit me around a bunch of people but I did not sit there I sent six feet away bon appetit a great hotel in
