La Hacienda del Cobre - Guadalupe

Zacatecas is one of the most culture rich cities I have visited in Mexico. From architecture to food, this is the place to be. My husband and I visit La Hacienda del Cobre every time we are visiting this wonderful city. The service is excellent and the food even better. Our absolute favorite thing to start with is their queso fundido with some delicious warm corn tortillas, we then order arrachera as the main dish. I have had flank steak all over the world and have never had one as good as the one served here. Their enchiladas and soups are also to die for. Reasonably prices for the amount and quality of the food.

Go for breakfast, they have a crazy variety of chilaquiles and they are all to die for! Great ambiance service.

Restaurante de comida internacional con una amplia variedad de platillos mexicanos tradicionales, como las enchiladas zacatecanas y las enchiladas hacienda del cobre, así como enfrijoladas. Los postres son deliciosos, aunque las porciones son muy grandes.

Bonito y limpio lugar pero se batalla con el estacionamiento.Comida ordinaria, nada me soprendio de los 4 platillos que pedimos, su arrachera de 300 gramos no llego ni a 100 gramos, precios no acordes con las porciones, regular atención del mesero.
