Marisqueira O Cacador - Guarda

We had a fantastic meal at this simple restaurant. If you go there, ask for the Steak in the special sauce, It was ever so tasty, tender and the portions are big. The house wine too, was really good. Desert was a soft cheese with pumkin marmelade, so good. And above all, the staff is very nice, atentiv and works really fast. A must!

Central, convenient and with good food. Nice house wine (from Douro). The “cabrito” was good but it wasn’t amazing. Nice Mellon for desert!

Was here with some friends and at arrival the place was full, so we decided to take another restaurant. On our way out we say they had some table outside for guests taking a deinka and smoke, so we went Back and asked if we could sit outside and they arranged that. Food was good, seafood was thier speciality but we all took meat dishes. All of us was pleased with the food and liked the place.

Modest in appearance this restaurant serves delicious food with generous portions. Their recommended wine is always a Good choice

Quite lively, full of locals. We treated ourselves to 20 euros worth of amazing Mozambique prawns (16) then shared a delicious grilled bacalhau. Service was ‘no nonsense’ but excellent.
