Galilea - Guarne

We visited Galilea twice during our stay near Guarne, with the menu del día on both occasions. The vegan option was not advertised, but on the question whether it had something vegan, the owner replied that they could veganize the set menu. For the second time, they asked if we wanted vegan, vegetarian or “flexitarian”, so it was clear that this was a standard option. The set menu was salad bar, soup, juice and main that stir for the first time, rice and potato croquettes, and lentil burgers with BBQ sauce, rice and the second level. The food was really good and we were happy to find a restaurant serving vegan food in the region. There is also a small shop selling soy milk, vegan cheese, impulses, chocolates etc.

The food is very delicious. Attention is very good.

Good service, good season.I would have had to try the flexitarian food offered there, although it is promoted on the walls with ads, I could not see it in the options offered. Nice and clean place.Something to improve, the hand wash could be outside the wc, in my stay I had to wait for that room to be available for some time. He gave him the highest rating because his owner risks offering something different in a traditional population that he can hardly know about this type of food however they have received in good shape their innovative bet in guarne and redecorators.
