Auntie Anne's - Guasti

Came here Wednesday afternoon for 2 pretzels. I ordered the almond crunch and the jalapeno. I used a BOGO coupon so I only paid $5 for both! I was a great deal. I gave the pretzels to my friends since I don't like jalapenos or almonds. They liked the pretzels! I prefer coming here since the line is much shorter than wetzel's pretzels, the pretzels here are better quality, and they have better selection of preztels. Both the savory and the sweet!

Please tell the workers to speak up. Literally no one can hear what they are saying... I asked what pretzels are included in the deal and heard nothing because the worker was speaking so fast and quietly so I just gave up. The strawberry lemonade also kinda tasted like soap :

I don't always eat pretzels, but when I do, its Auntie Ann's salted pretzel.. :DThis is my favorite pretzel... but, PICK your pretzel, otherwise they will give u old and burnt pretzels. These are kids working the counter, what do you expect?I also get a dipping sauce with the pretzel , my favorite are the spicy cheese sauce and the cream cheese. The pretzel is big enough for two people, so share. I haven't tried their other pretzel varieties, I only go for the salted and on occasions the unsalted pretzel.

I wasted my time, energy, and gas money traveling to this location only for them to give me terrible service. The man who was working on this fine Sunday evening on September 20, 2020 was incredibly rude. He was full of attitude. If you want to treat your customers like this, why do you even work here? And on top of all the attitude, I found a hair in my food? Disgusting. Didn't catch his name but I didn't like him or how he was treating not just me, but other customers. I loved this place so much, but time to switch to Wetzel's.
