Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Guasti

Picked up an online order. The girl at the counter didn't even make eye contact. I even ordered a drink and she asked me if I said fries, which tells me, she wasn't listening. Her demeanor was as if I were an imposition. The food, however, was amazing! 5 stars for the cooks, ZERO stars for service.

I’m technically challenged and the youn man helped me take advantage of a wing special deal. The wings were as good as I’ve had.

Priced a little too high for my taste the chicken was decent but I don't think I'll go through ever again...

I frequent this Popeyes because it's the only one in the area and I like their deals. However, last Tuesday I got their 2 piece meal special (leg/thigh) and their BOGO for $1 wings. The parmesan was not on the wings at all. Instead they were swimming in a pool of it with only the bottom half having any sauce. The leg was undercooked, but I didn't see the blood until I got closer to the bone. I like the food here, but the service and quality of the food is inconsistent.

Duke, provided excellent customer service and I wish more Employees had the work ethic and friendliness this employee displayed. Thank you sir!
