Don Emiliano - Guatemala City

From my favorite places for dinner. My favorite dish is the salmon with chimichurri. The layer of lomito is amazing and the drinks always very well prepared.

Excellent quality and service! They managed to revaluate themselves as the excellent restaurant they are, congratulations to people in kitchen, reception and staff in general! Congratulations on such a pleasant experience in your restaurant, super recommended to eat in restaurants in pandemic time!

Don Emiliano has some delicious meat dishes. I suggest the Café de Paris. And please try the tortillas with chancol cheese accompanied by your chive. And to finish, dessert, zucchini cake. Enjoy!

The service wasn't as usual, maybe I'm very misused to the excellent service they have.

They forgot to bring some things that we have to remember
